Year round, rain or shine, 2 hour party at the Farm $425 for 18 children or less.
Barn has AC & Heat. A $200 deposit is required to reserve your party space.

Includes: Meet, pet, hold, & brush a variety of clean, friendly farm animals, create a cool art project, take time for refreshments, & then hop a hayride. Tables are already set with linens & center pieces, all guests take home a coloring sheet, birthday child takes home a lucky horse shoe.

3 party slots on Saturdays & Sundays:
10-12, 1-3, 4-6
Your party space will not be secured until we have received your $200 deposit.
Deposit are non refundable. If you must move your party after having made your deposit, Farmer Sue will give you a credit IF the party slot can be re-booked.
Weather issues will be handled on an individual basis. We have only had to reschedule 3 times over 7 years due to weather.

CAKE (unless catered) Plates, Napkins, Forks or buy from ArtBarn, Beverages, Smiling birthday guests and MORE film than you think you would ever shoot! (we have wipes & germ gel - most moms bring some extra)

Detailed Party Overview:
Parties are fantastic year round and parents love them as much as the kids!

Farmer Sue meets you at the front gate for a quick set of rules that will have everyone giggling, then we head thru the magic wishing arch to start the day. - (we encourage everyone to take a moment and make a wish from their heart for something good)

Next, we hop to Rabbit Ranch to meet the Flemish Giant Bunnies who live there -- weighing in some where between 15 & 20 pounds so far! After some petting and exploring we head for the back of the barn yard where we will meet, pet, hold and brush some of Farmer Sue¹s friendly, fluffy, furry farm family.

First we meet Violette the potbelly pig, some super cool fancy chickens - we will pick up these feathery friends and pet them - rooster, hens, chicks and eggs. Next... we will meet Elle and Ernie the donkies, RC the handsomest bull intown, BaahBaah Black sheep, a couple of silly goats Maggie & Shadow, Strawberry the miniature horse (she is 27.5 inches at the shoulder - she is precious!) next is Jenny our mini-donkey. These activities take about 1 hour and 10 minutes.

From here we head for Mr. McGregors Garden or into TheArtBarn to do some nature art (15-30 mins - depending on age of child and art project)

The last 20 mins of party is for cake and refreshments. TheArtBarn is completely decorated and adorable. (heat & AC ) You are welcome to bring cake, beverages and any other foods from home or use our fantastic cake baker - Heather Parks - that does the wonderful barn cake seen in our party pictures. Dominoes Pizza also delivers on a regular basis!

At the end of your party we load up on the hay ride and cruise around the farm singing some fun farm songs. The birthday child has the option to help drive the tractor. When we return to TheArtBarn it is time to collect our art projects, say good byes and take home a memory.

The only complaint honestly ever heard here at TheArtBarn is.... "I cant believe I¹m out of film already."
